Still after all this time I find it really annoying that they took away the hover facility. Having to click on posts to see what it is is time consuming and irritating. When the upgrade!!!! occurred many months ago now it was said these problems would be fixed. So far nothing happened Does anyone else find it annoying and who do we contact?

I agree that the hover facility was useful, also being able to see whether you had entered competitions when looking at closing dates.
The forums were changed this February, and the current version is nowhere near as user friendly as the previous version. But, it doesn't look like these issues are a priority, especially with the COVID pandemic, people working from home, along with other problems to deal with.
You could post on the Feedback threads, although they already know about this.3 -
I admit, that I am beginning to consider moving on elsewhere. I'm not doing many comps here, and that is probably why I haven't won anything for ages, other than 20p in the quidco/hummingbird thing.
I want to be loyal to MSE, and I also hate the thought of having to spend time learning how to use an alternative site, but ultimately, more of us are bound to move on, as it has gone so badly downhill here for comping, and we don't know if or when it will improve.

The hover feature is not broken, this new platform never had one in the first place and I doubt if MSE would invest the money to get one added.1

I don't think COVID can be blamed for the mess of this forum anymore. Developers have actually had MORE time to work from home. All sorts of workplaces, including my own, have had to quickly (and effectively) implement massive changes to comply with the new regulations and have stepped up to the mark. Why do mice have such small balls?
