iva misselling refund

Hi i need help on how to proceed please.
iI had an IVA with Aperture which is now closed. I was notified that a misselling refund from my bank had been sent to Aperture, I understand this is the normal proceedure, Aperture replied saying they had no further interest in my Iva and would be sorting out refund. I have been in constant contact via email, to which it takes several attempts to get a reply. It is now 3 months since they received the payment and I still have not received any payment. Could someone advise on my next steps as i am concerned that i may never get this refund and 2 more that i have been told are going to Apeture
