I can pay the loan but not sure my proof of income is accepted?
or a few credit cards would do, credit is fine but dont have proof.

You will need to provide what they ask for, proof of income being essential they (whoever they might be) will not take your word for it, and having a "few" cc's won't help.
When you say your credit is fine I hope you don't mean your meaningless "credit score" ?

Apeak to a broker, they will talk you through it.
You will be asked for proof of funds eg you say you have 50k well you will need to provide the statements showing this.0 -
