what documents do u need for a loan

I can pay the loan but not sure my proof of income is accepted? 
or a few credit cards would do, credit is fine but dont have proof.

  • You will need to provide what they ask for, proof of income being essential they (whoever they might be) will not take your word for it, and having a "few" cc's won't help.
    When you say your credit is fine I hope you don't mean your meaningless "credit score" ?
    Have you tried your own bank?

    Apeak to a broker, they will talk you through it.
    You will be asked for proof of funds eg you say you have 50k well you will need to provide the statements showing this.
