End of BRU... finally!

My BRU is ending next week (after 7 long years... definitly feel I have served my time and learnt the incredible valuabe lessons it was intended to do!)
I was wondering if there was anything I'd need to do to update the credit references companies? Or will it just drop off eventually? Oddly it comes up on some reports but not all of them!
I have had one credit card through out my time with a credit limit of £100 with Capital One... should I expect any inquiry to increase that credit limit to be more positive when the BRU is off my flies? Any other advice/websites I can use to help me?
