Hi,

Valuation took place on Friday 19th sept, Broker has informed us that they sent some requested docs prior to this. Does this all look promising? But haven't heard anything since.

Hello, it was about 4 working days between valuation visit and offer for me. Natwest has all the docs beforehand so I believe they were just waiting for valuation survey.
Try not to worry, there have only been a few working days between your valuation survey and today.

Thank you! I have read on here that NatWest are a bit of a nightmare to deal with at the moment and the rates are changing so it might take a bit longer! I’m hopeful we might be in our new house before Christmas but I have a feeling I might be wishful thinking!0
