Can I pursue my claim?

I’ve never had much dealings with solicitors and imagine I don’t have the fees they need upfront. So I’ve been considering no win no fee, and this is due to people around me saying I have a claim, but I’m not sure and want advice from people who probs do.
I recently fell down some stairs in my boyfriends building due to the cleaners steaming the stairs and failing to dry the rubber ledges/put out wet floor signs. I have badly bruised my lower back and bottom (embarrassing) and have a haematoma (sorry if I’ve misspelt it’s what the doctor said when the pain and swelling didn’t subside) and leaving me with pain walking, sitting and laying in bed. However, I haven’t taken time off work, I am still going about my normal life albeit in pain and looking slightly odd shaped. So do I even have anything to pursue?! And if I do, how do I do it?
