My Quartz kitchen worktop cracked from the sink all the way over to the edge (75cm long crack)

The insurance company say it’s not covered because it’s not accidental damage.

Should I accept this?

To replace the top is £7500!

Any help with this would be very much appreciated.

Did you tell them that you dropped a massive pan on it?
£7.5k to replace a worktop is ludicrous. You'd get a whole kitchen for that. I suggest that you get a few more competitive quotes.
