groceries delivery to flats

Does anyone know which supermarkets deliver to flats, apart from Tesco? I'm getting fed up with Tesco and would like to try another supermarket. I'm in greater London, 2nd floor flat, no lift. Thanks.

    Sainsburys and Waitrose both deliver here to the 2nd floor flats (no lift). A few hundred miles from London though. Your most reliable information would come from the shops who actually deliver to your area as different ones may have different rules probably depending on how much pressure they are under.
