Why do the working hours make it such a hard decision? They are very different and either one pattern suits you far better, or it doesn't matter to you, in which case there's no need to take the hours into account.GassObv said:Ah I understand what you mean. Where the one I’m doing now is Tuesday-Saturday one week 7-4 and the other 11-8. So it’s really hard decision to be made.
If it's too good to turn down, why are you hesitating? If you've only been with your current employer for 6 years, surely the redundancy package isn't so overwhelmingly good that you'd turn down this 'too good to turn down' offer?GassObv said:Now I’ve only been there a week and another job offer has come up which is too good to turn down.
