when do they call winners? ( itv / channel 5)

i was just wondering, for these bigger competitions (itv/channel5 etc) when do they contact winners? is it 1/2 days after the end of the competition or a week+?

I think it was within 2-3 days of the competition ending when I won a Wii a few years ago

Every competition can be different and it's generally stated in the individual competitions terms and conditions how long after closing they will call and how long/many times they will try to make contact before choosing another winner
