Hi, im currently in the process of buying a shared ownership flat, we have a mortage in principle and waiting for the full application to be approved. Im eligible for the 2nd seiss grant and my work has been effected by covid 19, im just curious if i can claim my grant or will it effect my mortage application? Thanks

It depends who you are with. Ring the provider up as my broker failed to do that and NatWest declined my application. Some banks allow it and some don’t .Leeds allow them0

Natwest also declined my application when my partner took the 1st SEISS grant and they stated that the grant amount x4 is the annual salary.0
