Hi, I'm selling, to a buyer with a Natwest mortgage. The valuation was fine and the offer was made but during conveyancing the buyer's solicitor raised to Natwest some enquiries around the terms in the lease.

It's been a week now since Natwest were asked about the issue, with no response.  How long does this part take, it's nerve wracking for us as sellers, can't imagine what it's like for our buyer!  The valuation (conducted over a month ago) was reportedly fine and a mortgage offer was made but this has come out of the blue a bit
