Mortgage courses

Does anybody know if there is a way to arrange your own mortgage or undertake any cemap courses or training so I can do this myself?

Comments

  • You can so your own mortgage with a lender who allows non advised online applications

Mortgage brokers are not allowed to arrange their own mortgage through broker application systems.  We either do it online as above or ask a colleague or friend to submit it for us
  • Thanks

What I need is to find out how much I need to be returning so I know what I can afford to borrow.  I am self employed and last time I spoke to an advisor he told me last years return probably wouldn't be sufficient.  I just need more insight into how much I need to be earning on my tax return to buy what I need as some lenders won't look at my circumstances.  I thought I would find a course useful.

A little learning is not going to get you insight that an experienced broker does not already have.
