I was made bankrupt in 2019 and since was discharged 5 months ago.
I’ve found it hard to find an answer so thought I’d ask here ;
1) When do my details get removed from google search of my name? It says 15 months from start of bankruptcy but mine hasn’t gone
2) I have a Natwest foundation account and am really wanting a contactless debit card as I hate touching the pin pad for hygiene reasons in this current climate. What are my chances of getting one or should I move banks ?

When you google your name is it appearing on the insolvency service website or the London Gazette? If the former then it should disappear 3 months after your BR ends and if it hasn’t then you need to get in touch with your old ORs office. If it’s the latter then it will appear on there forever and not be removed.0

On the Insolvency service website your name will show discharged..this stays on there for 3 months so depending on date of your discharge should be removed shortly.
It stays in the Gazette forever0 -
It stays in the actual gazette forever but this is what the gazette say in the privacy section:
The personal insolvency notices on The Gazette website are part of the permanent official record. However, we request that search engines start to exclude personal insolvency notices from their search results after the bankruptcy has been discharged and information about the insolvency is removed from insolvency service registers (in the UK this happens after one year and three months).
