    I've made an appointement to get the house valued and put on the market, The 2nd charge has said that they may allow me to sell and come to an agreement to repay the shortfall (I would be saving over £1000 pm) If this goes through then there is light at the end of the tunnel. Partnere is also returning to work after baby which would bring in circa £700 pm.

    Then the plan next year is to get everything else paid off ASAP.

    your last post has a "thanks guys but i've sorted it and am going to be ok now" kind of tone. that concerns me and i'm sure it will other people. Until you have looked at the reasons why you are in debt and made changes to live within your means, the problem will keep resurfacing.

    When you are commited and ready to post an SOA there is plenty of help availbale to get you DEBT FREE and able to provide your family with a happy life free of the massive financial stress you are currently under
