Disposable Contact Lenses?

I wear specs and i was wondering about trying contacts for certain days, i only used contact lenses once before and i found them hard to put in and messy with the solutions and so i gave up on them in the end.
Does anyone have experience of disposable ones that i could wear for occasional outing etc, i would like to try this but the amount of offers and jargon online is confusing me and my optician is not seeing many people at the moment due to covid.
Which brands are good, where do i start?

I use them and buy mine online but you need a prescription for that meaning you need to see your optician. Not all contacts are suitable for all, I found some of them uncomfortable so it needs be given to you by your optician. Your prescription for your glasses will not work for that by the way.ally.0

It would depend on your prescription as to wether you can wear disposables or not
Go to your optician and book a contact lens trial. Most are free if you buy your first set of lenses via them0 -
I am not doing any new fits at the moment but some might be ( Teaching someone to put lenses in is high risk and requires you to be close to the patient for an extended period of time ) Good luck to any practice currently do that free of charge!0

I've used Clariti dailies for years as I found them the most comfortable ones. Now I dispose of them in the recycling bag.0
