Mortgage lender under £25k

Is there a lender who will offer a remortgage for under £25k, I was refused as I work part time and could only get a mortgage for £23.5k and was told I just missed the eligibility criteria, despite having a £60k deposit..

Yes there are quite a few. On and off the high street so good rates still. Broker can place you with the most appropriate lender0
