Could anyone recommend a good mortgage broker to help with low income mortgage?
Would a joint mortgage be easier to get? And would a guarantor help?

Any independent mortgage broker close to you should be fine. Avoid the internet/direct ones and any that work out of estate agent chains.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
