B&Q 12ft Trampoline

:mad: Can anyone help? I bought a 12ft trampoline which came in 2 boxes in early Sept - bargain at £40 or so I thought! After many phone calls I managed to trackdown a compatible enclosure from another B&Q about 40miles away. We bought it to take to France and foolishly didn't check the boxes before we went but as they were sealed we didn't think there would be a problem. However on arrving in France kids all exicted at their new trampoline ew found that bits were missing from one of the boxes. So the trampoline had to come all the way back! I returned it to my local store to be told they had no more box 2's. To cut a long story short I have phoned most B&Q's within 50 miles of Preston to no avail - however I am not convinced. When hunting for the enclosure in the first place the website said there were none in the north west as did CS when I phoned individual stores but on visiting Bolton I found one. It would appear store staff don't know what stock they have as 6 enclosures have suddenly appeared in my local store - despite when you ring Cs they say they don't have one. I don't really want to get a refund as I am sure there is a box 2 lying on a shelf out of the way somewhere. Its the 2007 model and comes in a white and light blue box and says box 2 of 2 on the side. If anyone on here works for B&Q or you are visitng your local B& Q can you help tracking one down - they are usuall high up on shelves as tehy have recently had a stock take. Thanks.
