Reclaim Hoppa credits.

I have two credits with Hoppa for cancelled transfers due to Coronavirus. I will not be using these by June 2021 and am trying to reclaim, but seem to be unrecognised on their website. One of the claims is for the return half of a two way transfer. I tried to get Hoppa to provide return pickup as they were still operating transfer. Hoppa now seem to be ignoring my complaints and are not providing me with any refunds.
