Second Job Tax

Hi all. Please could you help me out.
I have a full time job where I earn £30,000.
If I was to get a Saturday job, earning £10 per hour, so let's say £70 per week, what are the tax implications? Would it affect how much tax I pay on my main job, as I don't want to end up earning less overall! Also, how much tax would I pay on the £10 per hour including NI and income tax? Thanks!

you can never be worse off.  you may not earn that much more if it pushes you into the higher tax bracket as you are currently in the basic tax payer bracket.  with the additional £70pw, you would still be a basic tax payer.
