Hi,
I had been furloughed fully from April to July then part time.
My employer expected me to reply to customer emails why furloughed as I was getting fully paid and can argue with hmrc that why sending the emails I was being paid the 20 percent they topped up.
Is the right?
Thanks

No - you couldn’t do any work at all between April and July. From July yes flexible furlough applied.
