Not quite that simple. If you read https://www.iod.com/services/information-and-advice/resources-and-factsheets/details/IR35---What-contractors-and-engaging-companies-need-to-know that should give you a better idea of what steps if any you can take to legitimately avoid falling under the IR35 regime.Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0

I would be very careful about using dodgy IR35 work arounds - HMRC will most likely find out & come calling.Rickphoto said:Can anyone advise of IR35 work rounds that really work please?

The best workaround is to comply with IR35!The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0

Totally agree - which is why I got out of contracting a few years ago, because being inside IR35 means you lose a lot of the benefits of being a contractor!tacpot12 said:The best workaround is to comply with IR35!We’ve had to remove your signature.
