Haved used the a calculator run by loanbright for some time now, but it seems to be no longer valid. Although it was a US site it was really useful and simple and by putting in basic likes mortgage rate, length of term, one of payments, regular payments it would calculate full month by month schedules including how much paid of in capital/interest etc. Anyone know of another alternative??

Hi,
I use one you can download (also from US). Means it will always work!
