Furlough

Hi could someone give me some advice please.i was working for a firm and was put on furlough in March.i recieved an email from my boss saying I was going on further furlough till 31st october. I couldn't survive on the wage so I handed my notice in on the the 7.9.20 to start a new job.now my old boss is saying she wont be giving me the rest of my wage I'm owed.could you give me some advice on this please.thanks james talbot
