Good afternoon.
I was wondering if anyone can help me?
I have a BTL and being stung my the mortgage payments as it was and old black rock mortgage
Could I remortgage based on these following figures ?
Property value approx 120k and mortgage approx 90k

Typically on buy to let the maximum LTV is 75% so it just fits on that basis. There are many other factors though. Contact a broker who can go through everything with you.1
