Hair extensions advice on refund

I am looking for some advice, I have hair extensions and 2 weeks ago I got them re
fitted for the first time.
usually it’s 6-8 weeks you get them refitted however this morning I woke up and half of the extensions had fallen off, I have asked for a refund as it cost £70 to get them done again and I can not afford to travel to the salon and don’t have the time. I am not being offered any sort of refund, am I entitled to my money back?
