Building up my credit history?

Dec 4th last year i went bankrupt, so i have literally just become 'discharged'.
It was unsecured personal debt that i borrowed, it mounded up and then i became injured so could'nt work for 6 months, after millions of threatening letters and endless phone calls (daily!) i'd had enough and wanted a fresh start.
I have had a co-operative basic account which has done me proud over the past 12 months.
Im a commercial estate agent and now earn good money, the bankruptcy has been a very harsh lesson in how NOT to handle money. Im glad it happened early on in my life (im 24) than later on when a house/family etc would have been affected.
My question is, i want to build up my credit history as quickly as possible, even if it means tedious amounts of 'planned' purchasing/payments etc. I know its on my record for a few years yet, but want to do everything humanly possible to accelerate it's progress and to make me look a better prospect for finance companies in the future for if/when i need it (mortgages, over drafts/business funding etc!)
can anyone help...any phone numbers for advice etc?

How can i do this?

Hey sweetie,
I just wanted to post and say hi - even though I can't answer your question.

You'd get a lot more help if you posted it on the Bankruptcy board I reckon.
Sorry not to be more help.
