    @annalmlh You can see the average service levels here. https://www.leedsbuildingsociety.co.uk/intermediaries/service-status/

    The process is similar to other mainstream lenders.

    Hiya, how easy is it to switch Natwest mortgage products through a broker after they've approved the mortgage? I've noticed a considerable drop in rates since we applied.

    @rosabear Generally speaking, very straightforward. One phone call and 2-3 working days for the new offer to be issued, the couple of times I did this over the past month.

    Morning,

    I am currently living in a Rent to Own property (Wales) and am struggling to find a mortgage company that accepts the scheme.  Are you aware of any lenders who accept the scheme please?

    @laurent22 Sorry I have no idea. Might be worth speaking to your neighbours who've done this. Or a local broker in the area who is likely to have come across clients in your position.

  • Just found out Nationwide has an 'over exposed list' for new build, and the new build I've reserved is on the list. This is such a bummer as I was planning to go with Nationwide for my mortgage.
    Does any other lender have this 'list' or is it a Nationwide's thing?

    @BuckfastLover This isn't limited to Nationwide. https://www.mortgagesolutions.co.uk/your-community/2017/01/18/overcoming-lender-single-building-overexposure-marketwatch/
