I’m due to complete in a couple days and spent on my credit card. No new applications made since my application and my credit utilisation is still £2.5k less than what was stated at application. I’ve read that spending on your credit card can jeopardise your mortgage. Do I have anything to worry about at this stage? My next statement isn’t due until after completion. It’s probably me over worrying but thought I’d ask!0

Hi, I had an offer from Halifax, and my purchase fell through. I have found another one (cheaper) and I have informed Halifax to change property on the offer. Will they just carry out a a new evaluation or will they go into underwriting again?0

My balance of £600 will be paid in on the 7th October when I get paid. Will it pose a problem? Or I should borrow £600 from family member and pay into the account and give it back on the 7th October when am paid.0 -
