Clydesdale Bank Contact?

Hi All,
Does anyone here have a direct contact number for Clydesdale bank for mortgages? I have an AIP from a mortgage advisor in Aug 20 but unfortunately he has now left the company and when i contact the mortgage number on the website, they're not accepting inbound calls 
I need to port my existing mortgage and also take out a second mortgage for my upsize.
