School dinner costs

Hi all
quick question, me and my partner have seperated and have agreed child maintenance away from the CSA. We have both agreed an amount and I pay this monthly

However, on a few occasions she has asked me to pay for their school dinner.

The amounts are not huge and I would never let my kids go without but shouldn’t this be included in the maintenance I pay?

(for transparency, I have them 3 nights a week)

Use a calculator to find out how much you should be paying each month:
If you're already paying what you should, explain that to your ex-partner and stop paying for school dinners. If she opens a case with the Child Maintenance Service, you will only be liable to pay what the calculator states anyway.
