Hi
I was hoping for a bit of general advice regarding mortgages. The last one I took out was very simple but things seem a bit more complicated to me and I'm not sure whether I can consider moving home.
Essentially I have a home which is currently rented out and the mortgage is fully paid - I paid 238 about 7 years ago
I have about 120 in deposit.
I want to buy a flat in london but the mortgage calculators I find just use my salary as the basis. Do my assets have any impact on the mortgage I am able to obtain?
