Chances of moving before Xmas?

We are currently in the process of buying a shared ownership leasehold property. Last week I spoke to our solicitor who informed us that they are still waiting on contracts, title deeds, fixtures and fittings form, and leasehold management pack from the sellers solicitor 🙄. They chased this up and I'm really hoping it'll be with our solicitor this week.
This being said, our solicitor has told us they cannot put a timescale on our move because everything with shared ownership and leasehold takes longer than a 'regular' move. We are not in a chain.
What do you think the likelyhood of us being in before Christmas would be? Our new house is so much bigger than our current rental property and I'm really hoping to be in before Christmas
