Hi all,
a long shot I know but my rail card expired in August. Considering we had a lock down and I wasn’t able to use for a long period of time would it be worth contacting them to see if it can be extended as I paid for a year. As I said it’s a long shot.

There are two other Railcard threads started recently asking a broadly similar question.
Both have several replies which I think already answer your query.
