Barclays CTL

Hi,
I am trying to move to a bigger place due to an increase in family size. Natwest requested for consent to let from my current mortgage provider (Barclays). Unfortunately, Barclays rejected the CTL due to me not indicating that I would move back to the property. I have been on the application with Natwest for close to 2 months and this was only the last hurdle to pass before getting the mortgage. Would there be an issue if I was to reapply to Barclays for the CTL but this time indicate that I am moving back to the property? Could Barclays pull my mortgage?
Also, is anyone aware of a lender that might not require consent to let?
