Pillow for back pain due to spinal degeneration.

I've been struggling with my back for as long as I can remember. I used to do massages, went to dance classes, did exercises, but still, this pain keeps coming back.
Recently I discovered I'm pregnant and I know some U-shaped maternity pillows can reduce back pain. Now I'm using a wedge shaped-pillow for comfortable seating, but I'm not sure if I will be able to use it later. I've already read info about pillows for pregnant, asked my friend, but everything is so controversial, and I'm not sure if it's worth buying it or not.
Have you tried this pillow or not and what do you think of it? Or maybe you can suggest some other methods to reduce back pain?

People say nothing is impossible, but we do nothing every day.

I've tried so many pillows and cushions for back pain, I've lost count. The best one for you probably depends on what is wrong with the spine. You usually need some support under the lumbar region. I still pillows or layers under the cushions to support the lumbar region. In bed I tuck the pillow under my neck, for my neck pain.0
