marks and spencer premium club vouchers

I received an email july or August to say that they would be starting taking the £10 per month for the premuim club and the new vouchers would be received by the end of August. I noticed the £10 was taken 2/9 but not had any vouchers yet. Has anyone received there's?

I did eventually get my vouchers, they have arrived regular ever since. However, I haven't had my new coffee vouchers, my friend got hers a month ago, they expire 31/8. I am trying to find an email. I found a chat box but it just gives me a generic reply, telling me when they are sent. Anyone know of a working email rather than the 0345 number? Thanks
