Refund from justeat

Hi, i ordered a takeaway from justeat on the 29th of August restaurant said they were delivering at 10pm which i never received but justeat has taken my money. I rang the restaurant that night on 2 separate occassions to which the girl on the phone said they had not received any order to my address. I rang back again giving the order number again was told there was no such order that had been made they had no record of it even though it said on justeat my food had been delivered. I have been on the phone to justeat numerous times From this to be fobbed off with you will receive an email from us regarding your refund it will take 24 to 48 hours. I have received no such email its now 2 weeks later and i am getting no where with them what are my rights?

I would be angry too but dont really know what you can do. I suggest putiing this post on the main board, not just NI. More chance of someone seeing it who can help

If you paid by card, ask your bank to do a chargeback?
