Nationwide age limit

is there an age limit to a nationwide mortgage term? I.e if you are aged 45 can you only get a mortgage over 23 years not 30 ( as that would take you to state retirement age )

Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
If your 45 the Nationwide website states you can take a mortgage upto 70 unless you can prove your will have the retirement Income to pay the mortgage debt and then it's only till 750
