Housing social or nihe

If you have the relevant points but no available housing because of having a special needs child can the housing executive purchase a suitable property?

    Same. Though the people I know this happened to had quite a wait as only certain properties could be adapted and given the limited number they had it took quite a while. Have you had any offers? Could you perhaps change the areas you are willing to live to see if that will offer you a more suitable property?
