Prolific submission rejected

Just had a very annoying thing happen on prolific.  It was a study where you had to move bricks into place to replicate a structure you were given.  The researcher said he was rejecting my submission because i hadn't put enough bricks in and this "might mean" i wasn't engaging properly with the task.  I believe i engaged with it in good faith, but i found it all quite difficult and confusing.  I felt like he was saying i was stupid.  i fired off a rash, rude response to him and now he says he's going to ask prolific to freeze my account.  Grrr.

How rude was your response might be an idea to contact prolific yourself and calmly explain the situation to them
It is frustrating when you try your best at a survey and it gets rejected I have had a few recently which I have to admit have made me feel really stupid as they were complicated.

Thanks, I'll try this.  Glad it's not just me it happened to.  I also told the researcher I found it confusing and difficult and his response was that 260 people had no problem so this made me feel even worse!
