Just wondering what everyone thinks is the best option
Thanks0 -
Only you can answer that. But you need to think about a few things.
What's the difference in rates?
How large is your mortgage? Does a small percentage difference have much of an impact?
What do you think rates will do in 5 years?
What are the chances you'll need to move?
What's your risk appetite?

I personally only do 5 years , i never thoight i would be moving again , thought i would finish my mortgage this year and be mortgage free . But in the past 3 years ive lost my parents and realised i want different things . Moving area and living in a small village and not the city anymore . So ive just tsken on a bigger place and a 15 year mortgage .0
