Hi everyone, I am desperate to change career and after completing my masters part time i want to do a PGCE full time for a year from Sept 21 which means taking out a year from work. i will be able to cover the mortgage payments but my mortgage is due for renewal in April 22 which i will be mid way through my course. anyone had any experience of this and how banks/mortgage companies may react? the last thing i want to do is go on to a variable mortgage even for a year...
thanks
