Candy Crush Breakfast Promotion on Heart Network, September 2020
RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Candy Crush Breakfast Promotion’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Thursday 10th September 2020 to Friday 18th September 2020 on the Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

DETAILS OF THE COMPETITION:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must answer a question and register their details via the Candy Crush competition page on www.Heart.co.uk/win
4.    Entries will open at 00:01 on Thursday 10th September 2020 and close at 16:00 on Wednesday 16th September 2020.
5.    From all eligible entries 10 Entrants will be selected at random to be the finalists and will be contacted by Global prior to playing the game to discuss the procedure.
6.    Two finalists will be randomly selected at these times:
•    17:00 on Thursday 10th September 2020
•    17:00 on Friday 11th September 2020
•    17:00 on Monday 14th September 2020
•    17:00 on Tuesday 15th September 2020
•    17:00 on Wednesday 16th September 2020
7.    Finalists will each be contacted by a Heart Producer via details they have provided on the day they are picked. The Heart producer will attempt to call three times, if the Entrant does not pick up, they will forfeit their place in the competition and another Entrant will be selected at random. Entrants picked as finalists must then be available to take a call between 10am-11am the following day.  

8.    Two finalists will come to air, they will be asked how many items from a category, given to them by the presenter, they can list in 10 seconds. The finalist who was picked first from the online entry will give their answer first. They will then be given 10 seconds to name as many as they can. If they name the amount they stated they get one point, if they fail to reach the amount they stated the other finalist will automatically get 1 point. This process will be repeated until a finalist reaches two points to become the winner.  The producer’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.    Entrants may be required to talk to the presenter(s). The conversation may also be recorded off-air and played on-air, audio or video. If the caller fails to answer a call from Global in the hours stated above, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated, they will forfeit their place in the competition and another Entrant will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

ELIGIBILITY:
10.    Entrants must be 18 years old or over
11.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition. An Entrant can only win once during the Competition

12.    There are five prizes in total.  Each day, the winner will win all of these prizes:
•    Samsung 50” Smart Ultra HD QLED TV with HDR
•    SIM free Samsung Galaxy Note 20 mobile phone
•    2 x giant fatboy original beanbags in your favourite candy colour
•    Sonos Move wireless smart speaker
•    Retro candy hamper
13.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion and there is no cash alternative
14.    Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
15.    All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. NDL will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries
