Nationwide-Lower Tracker Rate = Higher LTV

Seen Nationwide nudging existing trackers slightly lower online today.
Yet again my property falls victim to lower online Valuation-pushing ltv .5% above 70%
Which means I don't yet qualify for 1.54% 2yr tracker.
Thankfully existing 1.34% runs until mid 21 -maybe time yet maybe  Valuation will regain 1500 approx.

To mse kind responses, I have been overpaying my mortgage, though not at the rate since I went part time.
I thought Scottish house prices were due to drop, though seems I'm one of the 1st to experience another drop, more to come I guess.
Enjoying Mortgages via Natiionwide, though from 65k to 54900 to 53500 is seriously concerning.
At least I have another year or two to reclaim my credit status.
    Think renting is the future.
    Thanks

Thank you I'm not a great hose price believer, though my safety could be from at least being able to clear mortgage balance when I can rent.
