Fruugo - scammed or not?

I purchased an item from Fruugo in June 2020, after chasing via their website several times I've still not received the goods and they are now not responding to my messages and emails.  There is no telephone number to contact their customer services and I cannot request a refund.  Anyone else experienced anything like this with the company?  Did you ever either receive your goods or get a refund?  I've never experienced such poor customer service from what appears to be a large online supplier.
