I have received part of a prize, and have been told the rest was sent on 21/8, but it’s not arrived. The company say they do not have tracking and that it’s company policy only to send prizes out once. Does anyone know if they can legally do this or should I contact the gambling commission?

Presumably this was a free to enter competition so it is the ASA and nothing to do with the gambling commission.
(they can investigate your complaint but not force a prize to be provided)
