iceland delivery charge

put a order on line to  iceland ,i made it up to £36 for free delivery, i ordered some fresh chicken for some reason the chicken got left of my order because it dropped below £35 (by 20p) they charged me £2 delivery, phoned up customer service they said i never order the chicken and said the delivery charge stays, i told them i had a confirm order of iceland but it wasn't on the order they had sent out, would you think i would not leave it 20p short, gone has the days the customer is always right, this is one customer that will not shop at iceland so bedwear if they reduce your order they will charge you.
