HSBC mortgage payments/login

I completed on my house last week and I've got a mortgage with HSBC, which I secured through a broker.

I've had no communication from HSBC regarding payment dates/being able to log into an account.
Does anyone have any experience of this? Will I get something through the post? Do I need to contact them to set something up?

We completed with HSBC about a month ago, they sent us a letter after two weeks with the details of our first monthly repayment and subsequent repayments. We didn't have any login details for online banking sent through though, not sure if they do for just mortgage customers.

You can have online access for a mortgage only - I bank with HSBC - but the OH only uses them for our shared mortgage we both have access.

They do not expect you to pay the mortgage for your first month after moving (if I remember rightly)
